Refund policy

Returning items without a written approval via email or required information may cause a delay in processing and any shipping costs incurred as a result of this omission is at the customer’s expense. Hyperwear is not responsible for items lost during shipping.  Please keep tracking numbers until your request has been finalized. Allow 7-10 business days for complete refund or exchange.  Hyperwear will cover the cost of shipping for items returned or exchanged under warranty and items not covered under our warranty are to be shipped and paid by the customer.  

*Items purchased through Amazon must be returned through Amazon.  Please request returns through your Amazon customer account.  Items purchased through an authorized seller must be returned through the authorized seller.  In the event that the authorized seller requires assistance from Hyperwear we will facilitate an exchange.  Warranty claims may be submitted here for purchases made on Hyperwear.com, Amazon or other authorized seller site.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We know that sometimes a product doesn’t work out and sometimes sizing can be a challenge, so at Hyperwear we offer a 30-day customer satisfaction policy. 

We will issue an exchange on unused items purchased from Hyperwear.com with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt and returned to Hyperwear within 60 days at the customer’s expense.  Exchange items will not be shipped by Hyperwear until the returned item has been received.  If necessary the customer will be credited or charged the difference for non in-kind product exchanges.  For returns or exchanges through Amazon, Rogue or other site please contact reseller point of purchase to initiate.  *Orders placed from November 1st- December 31st have an extended return period of 60 days. 

Please initiate your exchange or return request below where you will receive authorization and additional instructions.  Items must be returned to Hyperwear in good saleable condition and if possible in original packaging prior to the exchange product being shipped back to you.  

Return  and exchange shipping is at the customer’s expense and must be sent via a trackable method via FedEx, UPS or United States Post Office- no need to purchase insurance. Please allow 7-10 business days for refund processing and up to 14 days to receive exchanged items once returned item is received by Hyperwear.  30 Day return policy is extended during the Christmas Holiday Season. Initial shipping charges on orders are not refundable.  

BUNDLED product may not be returned for partial refunds.  Examples include a min band set, 20 lbs ELITE vest, Sandbag System with SandBell assortment, SoftBell kettlebell with handle and weight plate assortment.  You may not break up your items to return parts- all items must be returned as a whole.  Most items are available a la carte if you don't need the bundled product.  Contact customerservice@hyperwear.com with questions. 

*Sales and promotions are not retroactive.  Discounts may not be combined and coupons are valid on full price items only

WARRANTY POLICY

Hyperwear products are designed to last with proper use and handling.  We stand by our products so should you experience a defect or unusual wear and tear please reach out.  

We warranty our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from date of purchase.  With proof of purchase your exclusive remedy under this warranty is that we will replace (one-time replacement), without charge* Hyperwear products purchased on Hyperwear.com, Amazon or other authorized seller site. In order to receive a warranty exchange customer must be original purchaser with proof of purchase- second hand requests will not be approved.  Gifted items must have proof of purchase.   

This warranty does not apply to any unit which we determine has been subjected to abuse, alteration, neglect or misuse such as damage caused by sharp objects, rough and abrasive surfaces or mishandling according to our care and use guide.  Punctures and tears are not covered under our general warranty.  Please reach out to customerservice@hyperwear.com for repair guide.Please initiate your warranty request below for authorization and additional instructions.  Once approved items must be returned to Hyperwear (prepaid*) prior to any exchange product being shipped back to you.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR REMEDIES ARE EXCLUDED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

*For warranty replacements outside of the US return shipping on damaged product is not covered by Hyperwear and items must be returned by the customer via a trackable method.  If new product is requested on a warranty exchange Hyperwear will pay to ship new goods to the customer.

PURCHASES FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS

Hyperwear makes its products available from a limited number of authorized resellers. Our commitment to customers is that they receive new, quality products backed by Hyperwear’s customer service, exchange, returns and limited warranty (“Services”). Only products purchased from an authorized Hyperwear reseller and accompanied with proof of purchase by the customer are eligible for any services. This includes exchanges of weighted vests for a different size. Purchasing from an unauthorized website or reseller is risky, because products may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not fit.
