Love the design and functionality of this vest. I have worn it hundreds of times over several years. Naturally it gets sweaty. Eventually the weights get corroded and rusty because the coating wears off. Plan on replacing them regularly.
I bought and added 20 lbs of additional weights taking the total vest weight to 30 lbs. This requires that you put two weights in a few dozen pockets. After only 5 uses, several of the weight pockets holding two weights have already worn through. I moved the weights our of those pockets and into others to prevent additional tearing but those are starting to wear through as well. For the price I paid, this vest is not durable enough to carry its stated capacity of 30 lbs.
Love it! So comfortable for walking because of the side ties it fits perfectly. With the weights being so small you can perfectly balance it so you hardly notice the extra weight but it still works! Wish I would have bought one years ago.

I love this! I walk three miles a day but felt like a needed more out of my routine but because of time constraints, I did not have time to add an extra mile to my routine so I ordered the Hypervest Pro. What an difference it has made! it provides the challenge I need without adding more miles. The best investment I have made so far in 2026!

The vest is awesome! I have another weighted vest and it doesn't even begin to compare to the comfort of the Hyper Vest Pro. Was it less expensive...sure, but you get what you paid for. The Hyper Vest PRO actually hugs you in the very best way. The way the weights are distributed across the entire vest makes it incredibly comfortable to wear. Highly recommend it!

Excellent! Bought this for my girlfriend who had been researching various kids of weighted vests. This vest is breathable, fits perfectly on the shoulders, fits snug without being restrictive, and the lacing on the sides gives you a more customized fit which helps prevent pulling on the neck and lower back. Being in Louisiana and walking outside - I hit a home run here!

The weight is evenly distributed throughout the vest and is easily adjusted by the elastic cords which run down each side of the vest. I am 5’4”, 125 lbs, high waisted/short torso and I find it fits quite well. I wanted to purchase a 15 lb vest and was confused when I received a 10 lb vest with a small box of 36 2.25 oz weights (which equaled 5 lbs). Given the online description of the vest, I presumed Hyperwear sent the wrong vest, so I returned it, reordered the 15 lb vest, and received a second 10 lb vest with another box of 36 2.25 oz weights. Technically, it does not appear that Hyperwear offers a 15 lb, preloaded vest, but once I loaded the smaller weights into the pockets on the vest (most of the pockets will require loading a second weight into a pocket that already has a weight inside), I have found the vest to be just what I had hoped for.
I absolutely love this vest. It fits like a glove, and the weight is evenly distributed. It almost feels like a hug. Much better than my first vest from another company. Now, I need to order this vest for my husband.

I love my new PRO vest. It fits perfect and it is very comfortable. I initially purchased the ELITE in a medium, but it was too long. I exchanged it for a small, but it was too small. The PRO in medium is perfect. I am 5' 5" 140# for reference
Love this form fitting adjustable comfortable fit. I have used it for the past 3 weeks and already notice strength in my legs, core and glutes when I take to cardio workouts after having hiked with this weighted vest on alternating days. I have tried other rucking weighted vests where the weight really sat on my shoulders versus being distributed equally across my torso as in the Hyper Vest Pro. It’s a HUGE difference in terms of comfort and functionality. I will be checking out the other Hyper Vests in the near future.
18 pounds is fairly discrete under my t-shirt. You would have to double the weights up to go beyond 18 pounds.(two weights per pocket). Clings to my body good. (Size large on an average sized man). I am happy with it. Appears to be durable.

Love this vest! It is comfortable yet adaptable. It took me a year to find a vest I wanted to try, looking at other walkers and runners to see what type they were wearing and asking about fit, etc. This one is just what I needed to motivate me to next conditioning level. Very happy with my purchase! The fit is perfect for wearing during weight training and aerobic classes to get my heart rate up and my muscles working harder. For outside, I've traded in a rucking back pack for the vest. I shed two or three layers on a run in cool weather, and I had to take the pack off with each layer. The vest is under every layer except my tank. So much better!

How can I position 10 lbs so my shoulders don’t hurt?
To protect your shoulders you should cinch the side cords so that the Hyper Vest weighted vest hugs your torso. The stretch will hold weight to your body instead of hanging from your shoulders.
