Better Bones with a Weight Vest for Osteoporosis
A weight vest for osteoporosis is an effective and natural way to build bone density. Just walking while wearing a weighted vest can be effective and is safe if you check with your physician. The bones of our skeleton are suspended by our muscles in our body. It is this system that allows us to move and get where we need to go. I don’t know about you, but when I look for a car I would prefer one made of a strong metal frame versus one made of plastic. The choices we make every day affect how our bodies age and fight disease; being inactive and sedentary contribute to bone loss as does making poor diet choices.
Osteoporosis can be prevented with some simple changes in our lifestyle. A weight vest or hypervest is a pretty easy step in the right direction.
