Getting the best bodyweight workouts always draws a lot of attention from casual fitness folks and fitness junkies alike.
We know a thing or 3 about bodyweight workouts and are fans of them ourselves.
As we’re always keeping our finger to the pulse of the fitness and strength training industry, we had a nifty piece of gear catch our eye a while ago.

Bodyweight workouts are an excellent way to build strength and depending on your goals, are even preferred to other strength training modalities.
Athletes who may not want to add lots of mass, but need maximum strength might benefit from the EQualizer. Think gymnasts, swimmers, performers, dancers, yogis, etc.
Thus, they don’t want or need big, bulky, strength training set ups with benches, bars and weight plates.

Might it have something to do with high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.)? H.I.I.T. has also grown in popularity over recent years, and features lots of bodyweight movements.
Perhaps H.I.I.T. is taking off in those states.

We’re already seeing that a lot in the growth of the garage gym movement, which bodyweight workouts are a part of.
What’s not to like about strength training gear that puts all the control of your freedom, in your hands? You pick the time and the place.
