The Hyperfit Challenge is designed to build strength, endurance, balance, and agility in 15-30 minute calorie burning HIIT sessions.  Weight selection is up to the participant and it’s optional to wear the Hyper Vest for any workout.  Substitute any Hyperwear gear that works for you and modify moves when necessary.
