Welcome back to Thursday’s P.E. Drill Thrill! This week, we are brining you four mini-games that can be combined to make a great group circuit or individual activity stations!

Game #1: Side Hops

Directions:

  1. Stand with both feet on SandBell.
  2. Jump to one side and land on the floor next to the SandBell; jump back onto SandBell.
  3. Repeat on other side.
  4. How many can you do in 30 seconds?

Game #2: Scissors

Directions:

  1. Start in split-stance position with one foot on the SandBell, the other on the floor.
  2. Jump and switch feet, making a scissor motion with your legs
  3. How many can you do in 30 seconds?

Game #3: SandBell Soccer

Directions:

  1. Use the instep of your feet to “dribble” the SandBell back and forth along the floor.
  2. How many can you do in 30 seconds?
  3. Try to push or pull your partner off his/her SandBell

Game #4: Skaters

Directions:

  1. Stand in square stance with the SandBell in one hand.
  2. Push off laterally landing on one leg with the opposite arm and SandBell reaching toward the landing foot.
  3. Exchange the SandBell in the air between landings.
  4. Alternate for best number of reps in 60 seconds.
