Nike, Inc.’s latest update of their Nike Training Club (NTC) app features a workout that features Hyperwear’s SandBell® as part of their workout. The workout called “Metabolic Meltdown Workout” can be found in the ‘Get Strong’ portion of the fitness goals, under the ‘Advanced’ selection. The workout is led by basketball player and five-time gold medalist, Skylar Diggins. The workout is 15 minutes long and consists of several SandBell® slam moves and box jumps. This strength-building workout is said to burn an approximate of 119 calories. The NTC app is a free app that can be purchased in the Apple iTunes store, so download it now and get started on getting that beach bod ready!
