Eric is a Denver based “content creator and social media influencer” as well as “a health + wellness, tech, and hospitality entrepreneur / angel investor.”

3. Gerren Liles @gerrenliles

Gerren is “an Equinox master instructor and ReebokONE Elite ambassador” for the past 8 years in the fitness industry. He “was motivated to enter this field to help others lead healthier lives and surpass the limits of what they believe is possible.”

#GetHyped workout with my #hyperwear Elite vest returns to my tried-and-true love of ladder intervals, but now for the next few weeks, we are shifting from body weight to incorporating external load. You’ll start with doing one deadlift, burpee to hop-over, push-up and sit-up, then two reps of each, then three, then four… up to ten reps of each. SAVE and give this one a go!!!! . . Now, reality… a lot of you know I’m recovering from vocal chord surgery, and this is my first week working out again. Once I got to the 8-rep round, I started to notice a change in my breathing pattern. Physically I was fine to go on, but I decided to stop there. As much as I wanted to complete it and felt I could have if I just took long breaks, I felt like I’d be a hypocrite and part of the problem in fitness where people don’t listen to their bodies and put themselves at risk. 4. Kari Woodall @kariwoodall

Kari has been a successful swim coach and fitness entrepreneur. In addition to working with “the best athletes and coaches in the world” when she was a US National Team Swimmer and collegiate swimming coach. She would later “open a niche TRX-based boot camp business where I could pursue my passions in health and fitness and remain true to my ‘Coach the Person’ philosophy.” Kari works youth to firefighters to fitness entrepreneurs as a Master Trainer for TRX Training. Brian created Simple Man guide “…as a book to help others simplify priority number one: health.” He wants “…to help others eliminate body-related stress by providing a simplified eating and exercise plan.” He also owns a “…boutique fitness facility in New York City called Throwback Fitness.”

11. Paul Sklar @paulsklarxfit

Paul “…is a 25 + year veteran of the fitness industry and has been training people since 1993.. He is a former scholarship athlete and 2x All-Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) selection in track and field as well as a former #2 National and #25 World ranked Professional Duathlete.” He has “…a BS in Exercise and Sports Science from Wake Forest University and is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C).”
