This week we give thanks where thanks is due! Recently, the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) completed and published its Independent Product Study on our very own Hyper Vest PRO! The results came back in stunning fashion with our vest receiving a wonderful 5 out of 5 stars, joining only a handful of other pieces of equipment in the 100% satisfaction category!
In celebration, I wanted to put together a video of some of my favorite basic exercises for people from all walks of life utilizing only your body weight and the Hyper Vest PRO. The great thing about the HV-PRO is the snug, comfortable fit, alongside its ability to gradually add weight and resistance to ANY exercise you can do with your body!
