ABOUT THE SANDROPE™
Hyperwear’s SandRope combat ropes are filled with approximately 15lbs or 30 lbs. of sand making a single rope as heavy as a typical 50’ long, 2” diameter heavy training rope. Vary the resistance by starting with two hands, alternating single hands, and working with two SandRopes at the same time. The neoprene covering of the SandRope makes it tough like traditional battle ropes, but it will not shed any fibers. The biggest advantage of the SandRope versus any other combat rope on the market is the limited space the product takes up in your gym or home and the variety of fitness rope exercises you can do without any need to anchor the rope. The weight of the sand keeps the SandRope from moving around too much, so small group training with battle ropes is now possible safely in much less space. Prefer anchoring your SandRope? We INCLUDE an anchoring kit and a collar with each SandRope at no extra charge (a $20.98 value). The SandRope engages the whole body, therefore giving you a whole body core and cardio workout with more results in less time. The versatility of the product allows users to target certain muscle groups; use it anchored, unanchored, with one hand or both hands. Use it alone or in pairs. Build up your stamina with the SandRope and conquer your fitness, weight loss and performance goals.
Our fitness rope is 10 feet in length and about 2 1/2 inches in diameter, but it squeezes and compresses with gripping. The neoprene material also makes the product easy to clean. Just wipe it down the way you would dumbbells and medicine balls or spray with Fabreeze or Odoban for disinfecting. DO NOT attempt to use your SandRope to climb, pull weights, pull on it when anchored, or use it near anything that can puncture or cut the neoprene. This will void the ninety day warranty.

What is included with my fitness rope?
We bundle the SandRope™ with a free anchoring kit, an optional collar to use to keep sand at he end for your grip, ship it already filled with sand, and give you free SandRope™ training video tips on youtube.
How do I anchor my SandRope?
To anchor use the included carabiner and webbing loop to attach your SandRope to a safe anchor point you select. Your anchor point must be fixed. Do not loop webbing around a post. It will move up and down and fray until it breaks. Not covered by your warranty. Repeated hard anchored training doing “the wave” will shift the sand towards the far end of the rope. Regularly reverse the rope to move sand in the other direction. Sand can shift away from the end so you are only gripping the neoprene tube. Manually redistribute the sand, or as a convenient option, you can use the included black elastic and Velcro “collar” to trap and hold sand in the first 1-2 feet of your SandRope for gripping.
