I have successfully used the Hyper Vest PRO with many runners ranging from sprinters to cross country runners to marathon runners to increase either overall power or endurance. I would suggest being careful with the amount of weight you put into the Hyper Vest as you do not want to alter the athlete's running mechanics. Try using 2-5% of the athlete's body weight as your guide. I use the SandBells or SteelBells with my runners to increase their core strength, overall leg stability, and explosiveness.
