For those opting to purchase empty SandBells, you can buy a special funnel on our website to help fill your new SandBells. Weights of the empty SandBells are approximate, as you can determine your own amount of fill, making the SandBells more solid or squishy. We recommend that you purchase DRY WASHED play sand to fill your SandBells with. The best we have found is the 50-pound bags of Quickcrete Premium Washed Play Sand, which is available at most major home improvement stores, and be sure to check the bag closely to make sure that the sand is in fact dry!
Filling Instructions:
1. Insert funnel in SandBell Nozzle Scoop sand from bag with cup
2. Pour sand (8 fl. oz. sand = 1 lb)
3. Continue filling with sand until you reach desired weight and feel
4. Weigh for accuracy if desired
5. Close off nozzle with rubber band at tip
