CREDENTIALS: 

Britny holds a BS in Sports Management from Texas A&M, and is a National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is a Level III Peak Pilates certified instructor and is Schwinn Cycle certified. She teaches group fitness kickboxing, strength and conditioning classes, and is an ambassador for Hyper Wear Training and TRX Suspension Training. She also enjoys speaking presentations on Health and Fitness. Britny's passion in life is to share her knowledge of physical fitness and love for people through coaching; to assist in sharing and finding knowledge, empowerment, and healing of the body and mind through movement to improve and enrich our quality of life.

QUESTIONNAIRE:

       1. What is your favorite Hyperwear product? Why?

My favorite hyperwear product for my clients are the sandbells. They are friendly, fun, and functional! The Sandbell is so versatile, I can safely challenge clients of all levels incorpoating movements I can't do with just a regular dumbbell or medicine ball.  For personal use I love the Hyper Vest Pro weight vest. It allows me to train heavy yet perform light. It is a great addition to all my training disiplines. I can do body weight training or teach group fitness with extra load and no hassle.          

       2. What is your favorite sport? How do Hyperwear products help you perform?

I love marathons and lifting weights. Wearing the Hyper Pro Vest during my runs increases my work load during practice and has changed my performance substanially. Also wearing the weighted vest hitting the gym helps with any exercise really, but is a great asset to pullups, pushups, box jumps, dips, and basically all other body wt movments.       

       3. What is your favorite place to exercise in Austin? Why?

My favorite place to exercise is at Lifetime Fitness because the members are so awesome. Its like a family and the members have really created a fitness community. Group fitness is a blast, and the members are so supportive of me in my goals as well! 

4. What is your favorite restaurant?     

My Favorite restaurant is Uchi. I love sushi!!!

5. Tell us something interesting about yourself.

I appeared in the A&E series Heavy as a trainer to clients facing extreme life-threatening health consequences as a result of their obesity. It was a challenging and rewarding journey.
