This is a sad story with a happy ending… Adam Bornstein of Men’s Health had his car broken into, but the thief left behind the items that were of most value to this fitness-enthusiast. Among them were some SandBells that Adam was glad to keep! His statement was “…the thief (or thieves) missed out on the true treasures of my car…” Read his blog post about the ordeal and see what the Men’s Health fitness editor is reading these days about strength training (the thieves left his book behind, as well…that thief doesn’t know good stuff when he sees it!).
