Last week Sparrow and I performed an original SandBell series named after its inventor (and the inventor of the SandBell), Cosmo Raines. It was called the “Cosmic Slurpee”!
Well, while looking on YouTube, we found a Hyper Customer who was showing off a SandBell Slurpee (Slam + Burpee)!!! We were so excited to see other fitness professionals getting into the fun that we decided to let you see her rendition of the Slurpee.
